Art Classes

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled class.

Due to limited space, if projects are left at the studio for 2 months, they will be disposed of.

COURSE MAKE-UPS:
Students will be allowed to make-up missed classes if arrangements are made ahead of time. There are 2 classes each week for each group to allow kids to make up missed classes. If we cancel classes for weather, we’ll notify by email and social media on make up classes.

Behavior and additional information:

  • Children are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at the studio. If expectations are not met and participants do not respond to verbal corrections, they will be asked to leave the studio. Children should not run in the studio for safety reasons.

  • Grade levels are suggested, please feel free to enroll your child in the class that best fits their needs and levels. If the time that works for your child’s age group is not available, they can be enrolled into a class that fits your schedule. The studio director will work with your child to differentiate the course curriculum to meet your child’s needs.

Private Parties

Studio fee: The studio fee must be paid prior to your party to reserve your spot. The studio fee is $50/hour per teacher. Private parties of 5 or more require 2 teachers and 2 hours ($200 studio fee). Private lessons and small groups of 4 or less can have 1 teacher at $50/hour. If you want more time, please notify us in advance. We are happy to accommodate at the studio rate.

Material fee: (per person, paid the day of the party)

  • 11x14 Small Canvas - $10 per participant

  • 16x20 Large Canvas - $12 per participant

  • Ceramics - $18 per participant

  • Alcohol Ink - $14 per participant

  • Fiber Art - $10 per participant

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled studio time.

Decorations are acceptable. Decorations must be set up and cleaned up during the 15 minutes prior to and 15 minutes following your party. You are welcome to bring any food or drink that you would like to serve to your guests. Please bring your own utensils and plates.

Participants should be at least 5 years old. If younger we ask a parent accompany their child during the party.

Project pick up:

  • If you project can’t be taken home with you the day of your party, we will email you when projects are ready for pickup within 7-10 days following your party.

  • We ask the host family to distribute projects to the party guests. If projects aren’t picked up within 2 months, they will be disposed of.

Cancelation:

  • Should your child become ill, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to reschedule the party with you. The studio fee is non refundable for last minute cancelations. If we need to cancel for weather or cannot provide a teacher, we will be happy to reschedule or refund your studio fee.
